Role Overview
This role supports Hubexia clients and internal teams with day-to-day administrative operations. You will help manage inboxes, calendars, records, and follow-ups while keeping communication clear and professional.
What you will do
- Manage email triage, draft replies, and maintain inbox organization for clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate calendars, meeting notes, reminders, and follow-up actions.
- Support job application tracking, records updates, and document organization.
- Assist with research, data entry, and recurring reporting tasks.
- Follow SOPs and escalate blockers early to maintain delivery quality.
What we are looking for
- Strong written communication and business etiquette.
- Proven reliability with deadlines and task ownership.
- Comfort with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with care.
